Configuration

WHMCS

VirtEngine provides hooks/triggers from WHMCS to notify on invoice, order or payment updates.

Getting Started

  1. Install WHMCS or learn more about WHMCS.
  2. Contact us to get the hook configured.

WHMCS Side Configuiration

  1. Enable billing
  2. Ensure that users can add funds to your WHMCS Installation
    • Go to Setup -> General Settings -> Credit & Enable ‘adding funds’ while disabling Require Active Order.
